A Tai Chi Chuan Small Group Training (SGT) will be offered at the Forest Hills NYSC starting on Thursday March 8th at 6:15 PM and will run for 8 weeks. Dates are now finalized! Click on the Tai Chi button for info on the SGT course. Open to both NYSC members and non-members.

Intro to the Yoga Swing will be offered on Saturday afternoon March 24th in Forest Hills, Queens, NYC.
